Being in the region of Valencia, Spain, the City called Rocafort in the eastern part of the country, projects single-family housing designed by the architect Antonio Altarriba. Residential units housing unites three types. Each of them has unique features but it looks fantastic as a whole. Distinguished by some architectural elements are visible, a collection of six houses to avoid the repetitive monotony.
The houses were semi-detached built in such a way as to alternative types, so that every family will feel the same comfort without having to experience the boring repetition. Although pieces of the same architecture, the architect also succeeded in placing them in different ways and seemingly stand out, making the development process easier and the result feels like a private home. Terrace on all home break monotony and offer a strong relationship with the environment. Clear small pond offers residents a pleasant world in their own backyard. Cantilevering to the park, a place to live in the light offers a higher level through the use of the extensive nature of the glass.
